If you do not have your Subscriber ID#, please call VSO Customer Service at 604.876.3434, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
If the Account Lookup does not work for you, you may have an alternative telephone number registered with the VSO - please try an alternate phone number to lookup your account again. If it still does not work, please call the VSO.
